About Dry Creek Conservancy

We are a non-profit incorporated in 1996 as a response to the rapid suburbanization of Placer and Sacramento Counties with the goal of developing a system of preserved lands and connecting corridors of trails throughout the Dry Creek watershed.
We organize various events throughout the year and rely on all our amazing volunteers to help us keep our local waterways clean, monitor the annual Chinook Salmon spawn, collected eDNA samples and more.
Dry Creek Conservancy is organized by Valley Foothill Watersheds Collaborative which is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation.
